Lunch Salads
Served with French bread (upon request), choice of Thousand Island, Chunky Bleu Cheese, Italian, Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Asian or Balsamic Vinaigrette dressings (unless otherwise noted). Served until 3pm daily.
Chef's Salad
Sliced turkey, ham, Jack and cheddar cheese on a bed of mixed greens with avocado, tomatoes and hard boiled egg wedges.
Farmers Salad
Mission dried figs, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, goat cheese, sliced red pears, spring greens and tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette. Add shrimp or chicken.
Tossed Greek Salad
Choice of salami, shrimp or chicken. Romaine lettuce tossed with artichoke hearts, red onions, Greek olives, sliced black olives, egg plant, tomatoes and cucumbers. Topped with feta cheese.
Shrimp & Asparagus Salad
Large bay shrimp with tomatoes, hard boiled egg wedges, avocado, asparagus, artichoke hearts and sliced lemon. Served on a mound of mixed greens.
Neptuna Salad
Large scoop of tuna salad (made with the finest water packed Albacore tuna) with avocado, sliced tomatoes and hard boiled egg wedges. Served on a bed of mixed greens.
Spinach Salad
Choice of shrimp or chicken. Fresh baby leaf spinach tossed with apples, housemade Italian dressing and topped with two cheeses, hard boiled egg wedges, crisp bacon and sliced red onions.
Pacific Cobb Salad
Choice of shrimp or chicken. Jack cheese, bacon, black olives, hard boiled egg wedges, tomatoes, avocado and green onions. Bleu cheese crumbles on request. Dressing served on the side. Also great as a tossed salad!
Caesar Salad
Choice of shrimp or chicken. Romaine hearts tossed with garlic croutons and Parmesan cheese.
Autumn Salad
Baby leaf spinach tossed in housemade Italian dressing and topped with grilled chicken, feta cheese, dried cranberries, Mandarin oranges and chopped pecans.
Poached Salmon Salad
Fresh chilled poached salmon served on Spring greens or fresh baby spinach with asparagus, avocado, tomatoes, capers and housemade dill-ranch-cumin dressing.
